A designer dedicated to reflecting their clients in both style & function - that’s me! I’ve got a serious passion for thoughtfully planned interiors.

Once a writer specializing in aesthetics research (features and fashion magazines), I’ve always got an eye toward newly launching products at trade shows worldwide. I’m not too shabby at finding a gem at an antiques shop, either.

Formally educated as a features journalist with a BA from University of Maryland and a minor in fashion marketing completed at London College of Fashion, my career has always revolved around the visual arts - from writing fashion copy on new talents at Drapers trade publication in London, to sourcing beautiful bottles for beauty page vignettes at Fitness magazine in NYC, to now interviewing clients and suggesting smart solutions that speak to their taste, home layout and lifestyle.

With decorating knowledge ranging from the dollar store to the D&D building in NYC, I am confident that we can create the look you desire at the tier you have in mind. I love combining retail, trade and custom pieces - it just makes sense.

I’m always happy to spend time educating clients so they feel informed to make the best personal choice on the quality-price spectrum, and I naturally direct projects towards a spend/save balance - we’ll spend money on the “stars” and often save on the supporting characters.

The Realized Home’s philosophy is based on the premise of trust, transparency and comfort. I stand in your shoes with every purchase. They are usually sneakers. Don’t clean your house. I’m not going to judge it - it’s important to see how you live. Let’s do this like realistic, salt of the earth, considerate grownups with unlimited design access. That’s my spin.
